I had a friend, who is going through a rough patch, spend $1300 out-of-pocket for paxlovid. I tried to tell her there was no benefit but she wouldn't listen.

If I get another round of the coronavirus, then, will I take Paxlovid? Good question! I have seen no evidence that a course of the drug does any harm, but if a drug's not doing you any good then you really shouldn't take it at all.

I'm, again, disappointed in Derek for not being as critical of Paxlovid as he should be in this post.
