"content": "I just checked: the Moskva line ended in 1960. Based on everything I know about the FEDs, Kievs, etc., I'm pretty sure that it's fair to say quality control was still very high then. Things only seemed to go bad in the mid-70s.\n\nWith this particular Moskva, the real problem is neglect. There was so much corrosion inside that it's obviously been kept in a very damp place for decades. Such a shame.",
