We all like to poke fun at #Apple corporate, especially how they named their tech support arm; but I gotta say all my support interactions with Genius Bar employees are nothing but stellar.
Wife's laptop: fixed!
My iPhone side button which I dropped in as an adjacent appointment: also fixed!
No charges for either, and only one of those devices was under active AppleCare, too.
