With the news out of #Rostov and #Russia and the quickly developing situation there, I'm thinking a lot about all the earlier writing about how Russia's military is a top-down organization where nobody is allowed to move unless told to do so.
When you're in the middle of a coup and you need to move incredibly quickly, it's hard to imagine that the Russian military is meaningfully capable of fighting Wagner right now.
