Yup, I concur, verified myself.
Was convinced I've got some sun allergy - few years ago - 30 min in direct sunlight would give me burns and spots would pop out spontaneously on my shoulders (and other normally least exposed parts) and now I can be out on the beach for 2 hours with no sunscreen and I just get tan... Around that time ditched seed oils and started sitting in the sun more than usual (5-10 min a day - baby steps).
But also ditched sunglasses a year ago - messes up your body/skin response to sunlight if your eyes think it's nighttime (by blocking UV light).
