Don't people want to know what ingredients are in their food?

It's just creepy to me to not be able to see the whole list. Just this goofy chart that contains nothing useful to keep me safe... but also probably lets them claim they can't be held responsible if I fall over dead.

I just have a real issue with being given "simplified" "information" that has less information in it. Really rubs me the wrong way.
