Remember, don't click on or buy from FB or IG ads. If you go into settings on FB where it says Meta doesn't sell your info, click to stop them from using your activity to track or target you both on and off Meta. I am remaining on both to continue sharing important FACTUAL content and to be able to reach some people only on these platforms but I have made a conscious decision to NOT engage with ads.
