You become friends with the people you bump up against at school or work or other places. You stop doing those things, the friendships fall away. But understanding this is great. It means you can make new friends. You need to figure out what you like doing, and how to do it where and when other people are too. It’s hard work to put yourself out there, but it’s possible.
