The man was doing nothing illegal, he was simply carrying a pole. There is no law against a person transporting a pole from point A to point B, but this man was dirty and Indigenous, so the police "panciked". The first taser in the back made him drop what he was carrying. The second taser in the back dropped him flat on his face on the concrete.
