Yesterday visiting with my parents was rather eye-opening. They asked how I lost so much weight so quickly. And in reflection, I ended up changing just about every aspect of eating and drinking. I'm not saying what I was doing before was horrible, but I really feel good about the new life choices I've made.
But it does mean I can no longer relate to people who drink coffee or tea in the morning, as I only drink water and a little almond milk with cereal.
