First that Dr Jay comment was awesome.. still love the riff & do your jobs!! USPHS are a rapid response team of about 6,000 under Surgeon General to deploy to disaster sites w emergency training.. kinda like DoD directed FEMA under HHS tent.. lots of problems arise when agency functions explode in size and sharing info requires DNI level coordination.
