Probably not true (but I'll take DM submissions if you want my actual opinion) but if it is true, then just literally work out until you're fit af and have abs, esp since you probably have money as a coder nerd. I have more advice but your self image is obv what's holding you back so I'm not going to elaborate on other stuff.
