I’ve been eating 2.5 - 3 lbs of beef a day (for a year straight) plus some eggs, a bit of cheese and butter and a fuck load of sea salt with my beef.
I’m lean as hell, strongest I’ve ever been, toned, vascular and tan and can work / workout / hike like a savage.
The plant based I know (4 people) have auto immune disease, struggle with intractable depression and anxiety, are pale, weak and have joint / gut issues.
The fiat fooder’s are fucked up in similar ways but many of them have full blow metabolic syndrome and are fat too. Baaad skin issues also.
Results are undeniable. Eat a proper human diet and thrive. Do anything else and languish.
