I don’t know if there is one yet. Satellite.earth is a starting point for it. Allows you to compress and save longer videos but it’s still saved on servers. Not sure how we get that amount of data decentralized.
Bitcoin Veterans are actively working on getting their own relays setup so we can decentralize our own content.
