Yes, and you will get a receipt which you can use to claim your cash once the transaction has enough confirmations. So you don't have to wait in front of the atm.
But be aware that some of the machines are buggy/operators are scammers. I once tried to sell and didn't get any cash bc my receipt 'expired' after waiting for 3 confirmations.
I wouldn't trust machines that still use legacy addresses. Only send to bc1q or bc1p addresses.
