...ran Windows Update, went through three reboots, got to a firmware update (see first pic). It rebooted again, except no display output anymore, system LED is red, and it's been 20 minutes. Fan ramps up and down from time to time.
Hopefully my Snapdragon Dev Kit's not cooked.
