People sure seem to forget Casey v Planned Parenthood actually first started chipping away at Roe and for 32 years the Democratic party did nothing to protect it and allowed the court to go further and further right until finally it destroyed abortion rights. Decades of inaction has lead us here and Harris weak tea policy is not nearly enough
