Technology isn't what matters for landing on the moon. Manufacturing capacity and Nazi rocket scientists are. The Nazi rocket scientists are all gone now and manufacturing capacity has all been offshored. Rockets are about sheer brute force. Processing power and touchscreens don't get you into orbit. The moon landing was real and cool.
