The hotel in Anaheim where this conference is held has elevators that aren't accessible for people who can neither see nor hear. They are "destination elevators" and you must either be able to see the sign or hear the spoken prompts to use it. So I'm now looking at other hotels in Anaheim/garden grove. Last year I stayed at the Sheraton and it was nice so maybe I'll just do that, but honestly... *sighs*
