Okay, so #ColumbiaVersusSeirus is out and....meh?
The panel ruled that the scope of the prior art used at Goddess step 2 is limited by the principles in #CurviSil.
That's good (and right, IMHO) but it's also the easy part.
The panel leaves kicks the hard question--exactly WHAT the limits are--down the road, along with a number of other important issues (e.g., what is the relevant AOM for § 289 purposes).
