The metoffice website tells me that #cement is one of the big causes of #ClimateChange (after burning fossil fuels, deforestation and agriculture- and by agriculture they mean feeding animals to eat because we need our plants chewed first), as cement production causes 2% of our entire carbon dioxide emissions. The bbc says 8%, and wikipedia 4-8%
I am amazed, with all tech available can't we use something else less bad?
