Why. It's true.
Parents don't have to be maniacs about it but research has shown that limiting screen time does increase better outcomes in learning.
We didn't realize the problem as our children were getting exposed to it while it was being developed.
Now you can clearly see the depression in teens and/or lack of self esteem in basically anyone on social media too much. Especially the comparative social media sites where life is all sunshine and roses.
