I suspect CoinJoin is a bigger issue as it's too easy to identify, while CoinSwap might be less of an issue. I would use an anon exchange like Boltz to swap my CoinJoined Bitcoin to a non CoinJoined UTXO from them, and then deposit that to an exchange if I want to convert it to fiat.
