I've taken medicine that made me shit often (like 4-5 times a day) and I decided I'd rather die than spend that much time a day shitting. How the fuck can anyone shit more than 3 times a day and not see it as a huge problem, much less a whole country shitting like 6 times a day on average no way this is real...
