It would be great for us to toast to this if/when it happens.
In my opinion it doesn't matter which country/region does it first, but my hope is that they have enough time to FULLY adopt, win and show the world "What Bitcoin did/does".
The sooner the better. Be it Latin Am, China or Russia.
I doubt it will be the Apex currency.
