I noticed our flip toaster oven* has a dehydrate setting so I'll have to replicate your experiments.

This thing has been:
- great for saving counter space & heats up fast!
- Is WAY easier to clean up crumbs than a toaster or typical toaster oven
- Works nicely as a multiple slice toaster
- Is not quite tall enough for some baking
- Doesn't facilitate shaking food like our last air fryer, but it's WAY quieter.
