That body weight squat wasn't half bad after all. I knew I was long overdue with leg days. 2 sets and my legs are still warm even an hour after
This might also be a good way to slowly build for deadlift. The motion is pretty similar even though focus are on legs.
Feels like longer but this is only 3 days without lifting, due to shoulder bursit. And no anti inflammatory today, so it is getting better.
Ill probably stick with slightly lighter weights and more reps for a while now.
