Does anyone know if Apple assigns an attribute to a file that has not yet uploaded to iCloud but is locally copied? I am trying to sort out my iCloud Drive problems, and it seems like only macOS knows and doesn't expose "staged" files—this makes it difficult to remove partially copied folders to avoid trouble.
