He should get a proper team of dozens of people to do this, he can afford to fund the initial prohect. And, he has the media influence to get a show out of it to pay the workers. I won't knock him for focusing on his neighbourhood. I can see the media kudos he will no doubt get from this, but it is a good example for everyone. Rod Stewart did the same thing a few months back.
