#SCOTUS just did a soft coup on the US government, asserting that unelected courts can interfere in any aspect of the government whenever they feel like it. The only acceptable way for the US government to continue democratic operation is to declare the SCOTUS decision illegitimate, which Biden will never do.
I'm not exaggerating: this decision will have more and worse effects than everything else SCOTUS does this year put together.
