My trial regarding the PSU arrest has been postponed to January along with most others arrested during the protests on campus due to the state not having discovery ready.

The discovery is mostly body cam footage from state troopers and some documents. They could’ve had this to our lawyers months ago. It feels like they’re running the clock. The process has always been part of the punishment.
