It seems Citibank froze my CC acct. because of possible fraud. I found this out when I received several e-mails alerting me that payments couldn't be processed. Citibank never informed me though.
Once I got past the computer assist BS, and got to speak to the woman with the accent so thick I needed her to spell out merchant names, including a charge from Nov. 19, I'm able to use my card again.
