The weather has been weird and discombobulating all day. High humidity in the valley this morning as the heat started to build. The wind grew restless this afternoon and is now swirling around and gathering pace without a clear direction. Feels like we need a storm to clear the air. Irritable dogs are barking. Unlatched gates are rattling. It all feels very rural noir. I'm sure no good will come of it.
