10 mg is a low dose and slow release is weaker feeling than instant release even though in practice the tangible effect lasts the same length. Try 20mg and instant and if that doesn't do it for you then its not for you. These are all numbers for Adderall btw, meth would obviously be more potent and thus I'd half the numbers.
