If you make the unqualified statement "eCash sacrifices censorship resistance" the logical interpretation is that you're making a comparative statement about eCash in relation to the thing it aims to replace/improve - not the thing it never intended to replace/improve.
eCash aims to replace traditional custodial lightning. One of the benefits of eCash vs traditional custodial lightning is that individuals cannot be censored by custodians. I am asking if P2PK changes that.
