Cutting out carbs for a while really quiets food cravings but not sure that’s a good idea if you’re training for a race.
Stick to eating for fuel, rather than pleasure. If most of what you eat is nutritious, eating more of it isn’t such a bad thing. With consistency, it only takes a couple weeks to get used to this and curb cravings.
