Noting that Consolidated Edison (or Con Ed) recognizes the upcoming failure of green energy but tries to achieve the following
- stay in the good graces of the NYC and NY State officials
- make $$ building out distribution systems
- deflect any blame for the failure to the producers of energy
(Con Ed just distributes the energy, it doesn't make it)
