This is my first rcs chat with a friend using an iPhone. He didn't even know that his device now supports it. We had working typing indicators, read receipts and all common instant messaging features out of the box.

I really wonder if RCS could replace WhatsApp soon for non-work related communication 🤔 while work related stuff could be done by team-messengers like #matrix based clients
