The critical mistake made by Adolf Hitler and his companions was presuming otherwise racially and culturally aligned nations in the West weren't being actively subverted by kikery, and attempting outreach for a geopolitical union following the Third Reich's banning of usury and other degenerate practices and so-called cultural enrichment.
Even with that, Hitler was still willing to allow Jews what they claimed they wanted (emigration to Palestine in order to create the illegitimate state of Israel via mass displacement of the native British and Palestinian population), yet just the act of removing their influence over Germanic society enraged them to the point that Hitler's willing concessions to them didn't matter.
Hitler's sole black mark has been the fact that he was too nice to people who didn't fucking deserve his kindness; an inevitable nationalist uprising will be sure to not make that same mistake.
