Last hard training session for a week. Now a recovery week. Yay.
Three ours of training stole 5 hours of my day. Thats rough.
3000yd swim: the key to long pool swims is to break it up into drills. Lots of drills are impossible to remember, so i recommend Form Goggles which can now sync with Training peaks.
The half marathon run i did today was a personal record, just over 2 hours. So yay, but i could have done sooooo much better but i really screwed up my hydration. I have a belt that carries a quart. I needed a gallon. I stopped to refil them at someones house next to the track. And after the run, feeling awful, i made it to supermarket where i downed a quart of lemonade (because i needed sugar too)
