Reminder for anyone digging out from the #nsstorm this week (or anyone who gets the occasional very deep snowstorm)... Don't forget to dig out fire hydrants that may be outside your house!
It may not technically be your responsibility, but if there is an emergency, you don't need firefighters spending precious minutes digging them out before fighting the fire. That's if they can even find them beneath a pile of snow!
The 15 mins it took me is worth it.
