I want to constantly remind you guys why lawyers generally refuse to litigate complex #employment cases against huge, litigious #corporations - & instead insist the worker has to shut up & settle right away. (& remind you to think about how much corporate #misconduct there must be that we do not know about because of this.)
This was less than 2 months, & for only one of our 3 open cases:
