If a company is making huge profits, that's one indicator that there's not enough competition in that market. That there's an opportunity for somebody else to start a competitor and charge a little less and take their business and make a little less profit but still a ton, right? And many people could do that etc.
So how do the new entrants get investors when those investors can just invest in the already dominant player and make dividends off that larger profit? What am I missing? #capitalism
