Let's say I make some coffee mugs and sell them all to Wal-mart, then Wal-marts sells them to the Air Force. Would you count that as me getting rich off of the government?
Public money touches every aspect of life. One could nitpick almost anyone's income as partially government provided. Even if it is just that their customers are government workers.
