(4) I’m focusing on work in my zones of genius and excellence. Zone of competence (& less) work either gets outsourced or just cut entirely.

I’m writing this to myself for accountability because I woke up this a.m. and didn’t know what day it is.

That’s a 🚩 because it means I woke up aware I’m working today instead of waking up knowing it’s the weekend.

I can only do these two things I love if I pace myself and don’t let myself burnout.
