I heard a plastic bottle falling somewhere in or near my house last night - twice! I thought perhaps someone was merrymaking during election night and throwing bottles around (or a poltergeist)...

But today I noticed the shower gel bottle in my bath, which I had balanced upside-down in the corner to get the last of it out, had fallen into the tub. So my theory is that it fell over, then the gel redistributed causing it to fall again, off the shelf into the tub.
