I'm used to eating beef and sheep liver and it's way too stinky and nasty.



This is goat liver, and it has a much milder flavour, and it's nearly neutral when boiled. This is fried, and has more of that liver funk.

Reminds me I have a liver and heart in the freezer. Should eat it before it gets too much older.
