Was dealing with soreness above the norm so I reached out to someone I trust. Got my butt chewed out for going too hard too soon. It seems that switching from sets of five to sets of ten requires a steeper drop on the weight. So I did it this morning. Still got my workout in and I feel better physically. Some of that deep-muscle pain is easing up already.
Fasting blood sugar keeps moving down, so I'm happy about that. Gives me incentive to keep to my eating plan.
