Since it's fall, I'm starting to think about fall cooking. I'd like to make something like a pot pie. Does anyone have a recipe for a topper/crust that they like? I'm looking for something midway between a pie crust and a biscuit(🇬🇧 scone 🇬🇧 ). Something crispy and flaky but with with enough body to stand up to the sauce when you eat it.
