I’m grateful to have the ability to be in a “spa” (hint: run down building, small room with bathroom) for the day where they teach you the preparation of the tonics, teas, food, sauna, and cold and mud wraps…
I am posting the treatment for informational purposes only… the diet and ingredients of the tea is specific to my personal condition (so I’m told) so apparently that part that tweaked for each person, but I’m assuming that would work for most people… this treatment is for 6 days…
